Wearable of the Month: Trackimo GPS Tracker

February 25th, 2016

It’s been a crazy week here at Mobile World Congress 2016! And with so many cool and innovative Israeli technologies being displayed nearby, we decided to give February’s Wearable of the month to Trackimo, the lightest GPS tracker!

ABOUT TRACKIMO

Trackimo is a connected GPS tracker that can be attached to almost anything and instantly sends alerts to your phone. It not only acts as a wearable tracker that you can use for your children, grandparents, or pets, but it can also be attached to your drone, suitcase, or vehicle in order to monitor location, speed, and more!

How does it work?

Trackimo uses GPS and GSM to track (in real-time) your favorite personal items, family, or just about anything else. The device can send you alerts via SMS, email, and app notifications according to your customized preferences – for example, if your dog ran out of the yard, or your grandfather was suddenly speeding in his vehicle. At only 1.4 ounces, Trackimo is one of the lightest tracking devices available. It even features an SOS button that can notify your contacts by SMS that you are in distress and require assistance.

Why will it work?

Digital tracking devices are a great way to keep track of your personal items that can easily be lost or stolen, but it can also be an important way to keep track of your loved ones, such as your child, elderly parent, or even your pet!

So congratulations, Trackimo for being our wearable of the month!
